​A new world artist, born in Chandigarh, India  where she completed her Bachelors and Masters of Fine Arts in Printmaking. Tavmeet moved to New York in 2009 to do her Post-Graduate education in Painting , Drawing and Sculpture at the New York Studio School. Trained in Paper-making as an art medium, she has had the opportunity to work with several successful contemporary artists.

​Her education and training, nationally and  internationally, has allowed her artwork to evolve manifolds. She has been able to engage with different art communities in Chandigarh, Brooklyn, Manhattan & Hoboken. Her artwork

and creative energies aim to touch a broad audience acting as a bridge

between different cultures and education, thus making her presentations

at several Art shows, very unique.
